My background is in distributed system software development, with a focus on IoT, Big Data, and scaling products 5X while scaling teams globally. In my 18+ years of management experience, I have coached and mentored new managers, technical leaders, and directors. I'd like to share my experiences, tips, and frameworks on role perspective changes throughout one's career (engineer to manager, manager to director, QA to program management, etc. ), building positive relationships, self-identity ("Who do I want to become in this next phase of life?"), grooming potential successors to a position, and so on.
