Call recordings are stored by Plato are are not shared to anyone unless there is approval from all participants of the call

We record calls:
for internal training purposes
for learning purposes, if either the mentee or the mentor would like to re-listen to their call
if there is any issue arising from the call (such as poaching suspicions)

How do I opt out of call recordings?
If you'd nevertheless like to disable call recording, you can let us know by emailing customer-success@platohq.com.
